This policy explains what information the public website and the XULE service involve, and the principles we use to handle it responsibly.
Every part of XULE shares the same roles, the same learner records and the same reporting, so nothing sits on its own.
XULE may process account details, school-provided records, parent contacts, service messages and basic website analytics, for running the service, support and security.
Schools stay responsible for the records they manage in XULE. Access is limited to authorised users and agreed purposes.
The public site may use essential or basic analytics cookies. Send questions, access or correction requests to info@xule.co.ke.
